aspects of the pontoons. These are then seamlessly integrated with a superior driving motor and our proprietary chains. Notably, we have over a decade of experience in manufacturing these specialized chains.

Premium Materials for Undercarriage Pontoons: Our pontoons are primarily constructed from high-grade Q355B manganese steel.

Anti-corrosion Tech

 

Operating underwater demands robust corrosion resistance. We have enhanced our processes by incorporating automated shot blasting & de-rusting techniques, dust-free spray painting, and high-temperature baking paint.

Adjustable Pontoon

 

The adjustable roller mechanism between the two pontoons allows for precise control. You can narrow or extend the distance as needed, enabling operations in confined spaces or enhancing stability and efficiency in open areas.

Innovative Side Pontoons:Designed for additional buoyancy, these side pontoons are completely
removable, offering maximum flexibility.

 

In-house Manufactured Chains

 

We guarantee the highest quality control with our in-house design and production of chains.
Choose between two-chain or three-chain configurations. Three-chain setups are ideal for challenging conditions, allowing the excavator to return to maintenance even if one chain fails.

Superior Chain Materials:Our chains are crafted from
