Hydraulic undercarriage

 

We produce pontoons for a wide range of excavator sizes, from 5 tons
to 50 tons.Our engineering team meticulously designs and tests every aspect
of the pontoons. These are then combined with a driving motor and our self-developed chains. Notably, we boast a decade-long history of producing specialized chains.

Material of Undercarriage Pontoons:Our pontoons are typically constructed from Q355B manganese steel.

Anti-corrosion Tech

 

Working underwater demands robust corrosion resistance. Our enhanced procedure includes fully automatic shot blasting and de-rusting, followed by dust-free spray painting and high temperature baking paint.

Adjustable Pontoon

 

The roller between the two pontoons can be adjusted to narrow or extend the distance between them. This feature enables the excavator to function efficiently in constrained conditions while enhancing stability and efficiency by extending the distance in more open environments.

In-house Manufactured Chains

 

By designing and producing chains in-house, we guarantee the highest quality control.
