details of the pontoons. These are combined with a precision driving motor and our self-developed high-quality chains. Notably, we boast a decade-long history of specialized chain production, ensuring reliability and durability.

Material of Undercarriage Pontoons: Our pontoons are typically constructed from high-strength Q355B manganese steel, offering superior durability and performance.

Anti-corrosion Tech

 

Operating underwater demands exceptional corrosion resistance. Our upgraded procedure includes advanced automatic shot blasting and de-rusting processes, followed by dust-free spray painting and high-temperature baking paint, ensuring long-lasting protection.

Adjustable Pontoon

 

Our pontoons feature adjustable rollers, allowing you to narrow or extend the distance between them. This functionality ensures optimal performance in both narrow and open conditions by enhancing stability and efficiency.

Side Pontoons: For additional buoyancy, side pontoons are essential.
These side pontoons are
removable, providing flexibility based on operational needs.
 

In-house Manufactured Chains

 

Our in-house design and production process ensure the highest quality control, resulting in superior chains.
You can choose between two-chain or three-chain configurations. The three-chain option is ideal for tough working conditions, as it allows the excavator to return to the maintenance area even if one chain breaks.

Chain Materials: Our chains are crafted from high-strength
40Cr,
35CrMo, and 42CrMo alloys. Various connection options are available,

including bolt and welding.


Vulnerable parts
are
replaceable for extended service life.
 

Track Cleats

 

Our track cleats, manufactured by press molding, are made of high-intensity materials such as 700MC, Q960, and other robust alloys. These cleats exhibit excellent bending resistance. Polymer or aluminum alloy options are also available for specific needs.
