Hydraulic undercarriage

 

We produce pontoons for all sizes of excavators, from5
to 50 tons.Our engineering team meticulously designs and rigorously testsall
details of the pontoons. These are then combined with a driving motor and our self-developed chains. It's worth noting that we have a decade-long history of producing specialized chains.

Material of Undercarriage Pontoons:Pontoons are typically made of Q355B manganese steel, known for its durability and strength.

Anti-corrosion Tech

 

Working underwater demands exceptional resistance to corrosion. We have enhanced our procedures by introducingautomatic shot blastingandde-rusting,dust-free spray paint,andhightemperature baking paint.

Adjustable Pontoon

 

The roller between the two pontoons can be adjusted to narrow or extend the distance between them. This functionality allows the excavator to operate efficiently in both narrow and open conditions,enhancing stability and efficiency by extending the distance when needed.

Side Pontoons:These pontoons provide additional buoyancy and are
removable.

 

In-house Manufactured Chains

 

We ensure the highest quality control through our in-house design and production.
You can choose between two chains or three chains.The three-chain option is ideal for tough working conditions, allowing the excavator to drive back to the maintenance room even if one chain breaks.

Material of Chains:Our chains are crafted from
40Cr,
35CrMo, and 42CrMo.
We offer different connection options,
either by bolt or welding.


Vulnerable Parts:
These parts are
replaceable.
 

Track Cleats

 

Through press molding, the cleats are made of700MC, Q960, or other materials.They have high intensity and strong bending resistance.We also offer polymer or aluminum alloy as optional choices.
