to 50 tons.Our engineering team meticulously designs and rigorously tests all
aspects of the pontoons, which are then integrated with a high-performance driving motor and our proprietary chains. It's worth noting that we boast a decade-long history in producing specialized chains.

Premium Material of Undercarriage Pontoons: Our pontoons are typically crafted from Q355B manganese steel, ensuring durability and resilience.

Anti-corrosion Tech

 

Operating underwater demands exceptional corrosion resistance. We've enhanced our procedures by incorporating automated shot blasting, de-rusting, dust-free spray painting, and high-temperature baking paint.

Adjustable Pontoon

 

The rollers between the two pontoons are adjustable, allowing you to narrow or extend the distance between them. This feature enables the excavator to operate efficiently in both confined and open spaces, enhancing stability and operational efficiency by adjusting the pontoon distance according to the working conditions.

In-house Manufactured Chains

 

Our in-house design and production ensure the highest quality control.
You can choose between two-chain or three-chain configurations. The three-chain option is ideal for tough working conditions and allows the excavator to return to the maintenance room even if one chain breaks.

Robust Chain Composition:Our chains are made from
40
Cr,
35
CrMo, and 42CrMo. Different connection options are available,
either by bolts or welding.
Additionally,
vulnerable parts
are
replaceable, ensuring longevity.
 

Track Cleats

 

Our cleats, produced by press molding and made of 700MC, Q960, or other high-intensity materials, feature strong bending resistance. Polymer or aluminum alloy options are also available.
