Hydraulic undercarriage

 

We produce pontoons for all sizes of excavators ranging from 5 to
50 tons.Our engineering team meticulously designs and rigorously tests all
aspects of the pontoons, which are then seamlessly integrated with the driving motor and our self-developed chains. Notably, we boast a decade-long history of producing specialized chains.

Material of Undercarriage Pontoons:The pontoons are typically crafted from Q355B manganese steel.

Anti-corrosion Tech

 

Operating underwater demands exceptional corrosion resistance. We've enhanced our procedures by incorporating automatic shot blasting and derusting, followed by dust-free spray painting and high temperature baking paint.

Adjustable Pontoon

 

The roller between the two pontoons is adjustable, allowing you to narrow or extend the distance between them. This feature enables the excavator to maneuver in restricted spaces, while enhancing stability and efficiency in more open areas by extending the distance.

Side Pontoons:These pontoons provide additional buoyancy.

In-house Manufactured Chains

 

Our in-house design and production ensure the highest quality control.
You can choose between two chains or three chains. The three-chain option is ideal for challenging conditions, allowing the excavator to return to the maintenance area even if one chain breaks.

Track Cleats

 

Our cleats are press-molded and made from 700MC, Q960, or other materials, offering high intensity and strong bending resistance. Polymer or aluminum alloy cleats are also available as options.
